Acarya Kuldipjii, in his early eighties, resident of Bhagalpur, passed away on Feb. 1, 2013 at 3 pm.
Kuldipji was initiated in Dumka in 1962 by Ac. Harinarayanji. He was then working as Sub Inspector of Police. In his personal contact with Baba, a few days after initiation, Baba showered His grace on him and got a promise that he will work for His mission. He also promised that he will become an ideal son of his Baba. Baba told him to forget his past and be an ideological boy. Wherever he went he did utmost to spread the great mission of his Guru.
To be a moralist police officer anywhere in India is difficult, yet Acarya Kulkipji worked in the Coal Belt, infamous for its corruption. But after he promised Baba, he became incorruptible. Because of his honesty, which hurt the self-interest of other police officials and the Coal Mafia, his life was endangered. His enemies tried to kill him several times, but Baba always saved him.
As his life was in danger, Baba gave him a mantra which He said was Kavaca (protection) for him from all kinds of dangers from his ideological enemies who were trying to harm him because of his adherence of morality. This made Kildiipjii very bold and fearless.
Acarya Kuldipji was a great devotee of Baba and boldly propagated his Guru's spiritual Mission. He initiated hundreds of people wherever he went. Baba appreciated his sincerity and devotion.
Once Kuldipji organized a program for Baba in a village called Chotijamin in Bhagalpur district. Baba had to walk 5 kilometers to reach the village because the vehicle that was driving him broke down. In this program, Baba did not follow His normal system and allowed even nonmargiis to come and he addressed them. Baba did all this due to his great affection for Acarya Kuldipji.
Here is a story by Acarya Kuldipji told in his interview:
"I went to see Baba in the ashram one winter night but no one was there, not even the ashram manager. So I went to sleep and when I woke up early in the morning I saw Baba through the window coming in through the gate. I quickly threw on my clothes. By that time Baba was standing on the veranda reading the notice board. I did sastaunga pranam in front of Baba, and as I was getting up Baba touched my body and I fell down to the ground unconscious. When I came to my senses, I found that Baba was standing over me smiling. I asked him what he had done to me, whether he wanted to kill me or not. Baba told me that I had developed some pride in my spiritual power and he had come to put an end to that pride. I tried to get up but my body was extremely sluggish; none of my limbs were working. There was only the two of us. Baba told me to try to get up. I tried several times but I could not do it. My body had become totally inactive. Baba then went into his room and from inside his room I could hear Baba shouting for me to try and get up. I shouted back that how could I get up in this condition. He called out that I should keep trying. Finally, after many attempts, I was able to get up and go to him in his room. Baba asked me whether the pride of power in me was finished or not. I told him that it was finished. Baba asked me whose power it was. I told him that it was all his power."
Namaskar, It is really very sad news for us. Since my childhood I used to get the chance to meet and talk to Acarya Kuldipji because he was my worldly father's Acarya. He used to share with us so many experiences he had with Baba what was really special for us. I don't know if anyone has collected his experiences or not. I really feel sad that now so many family Acaryas are very old and physically weak. Those who have skill in writing, please help to collect and write down these experiences so in the future people will know how Baba was doing His Liila with His devotees.
ReplyDeleteI know there is another family acarya with the same name, Acarya Kuldeepji who now lives in Jaipur, but is also from same area. He was also present when Baba had visited the village of Chotijamin near Bhagalpur. That DMC was really unique because there was some Cosmic drama there. Until now there is no proper road to reach that village, so Baba had to go there on foot. All the margiis and villagers were so excited to see Baba so closely. More Information on this can be collected from old margiis from Bhagalpur. We lost such an experienced acarya. May Baba give him more higher life or salvation. Baba Krpahi Kevalam.
