He was an officer in the police services and a great devotee of Baba. In 1958 he assisted with the construction of the Jamalpur jagrti. In April 1963 the first children’s home opened in Patna under his supervision (he was then Additional Superintendent of Police in Patna) and Sambuddhananda and Dr. Ramesh from Ranchi. He retired as Deputy Inspector General, a very high rank. He was around 90 years.
